Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all payments made through PartWeb, operated by Dharm Shree Divine.
1. Payment Requirement
Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm a part order on PartWeb. Orders are not considered booked or confirmed until payment is successfully completed.
2. When a Refund Is Applicable
A refund may be issued if:
- The vendor is unable to fulfil the confirmed order (e.g., the part is out of stock after confirming availability, or an incorrect part was confirmed), and
- This has been duly verified by the both parties, vendor and workshop, via PartWeb support.
3. When a Refund Is Not Applicable
Refunds will generally not be issued if:
- The part has already been picked up and verified through PartWeb's pickup verification process (i.e., the order has been marked as completed/delivered).
- The workshop changes its mind after the vendor has confirmed and the part has been prepared/dispatched for pickup, except where mutually agreed with the vendor.
4. Refund Process
- If a part cannot be fulfilled, the workshop should report the issue through the app or by contacting PartWeb support at thepartweb@gmail.com.
- PartWeb will reach out to the vendor to verify the issue.
- Once the issue is confirmed by both the vendor and PartWeb, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method via Razorpay.
- Refunds, once approved, are typically processed within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider's processing time.
5. Disputes
If a workshop and vendor disagree on whether a refund is warranted, PartWeb support will review the matter (including order details, communications, and verification records) and make a determination in good faith. PartWeb's decision in such cases, made after reasonable review, will be considered final for the purposes of platform-mediated resolution, without prejudice to either party's other legal rights.
