These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of PartWeb, operated by Dharm Shree Divine (“PartWeb,” “we,” “our,” “us”). By registering for or using PartWeb, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About PartWeb

PartWeb is a B2B marketplace platform connecting automotive workshops with auto parts vendors in Delhi NCR, enabling part discovery, request matching, quotation, and verified pickup/delivery of automotive parts.

2. Eligibility

PartWeb is intended for use by registered or operating businesses in the automotive workshop and parts vendor trade. By using PartWeb, you confirm that you are authorized to act on behalf of your business.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscription and Fees

• Access to PartWeb's request-matching and platform features requires an active subscription (workshop or vendor tier, as applicable).
• Subscription fees are billed as disclosed at the time of registration and are non-refundable except as required by law.
• PartWeb reserves the right to revise subscription pricing with prior notice to users.

5. Part Requests and Transactions

• Workshops may submit part requests, which are routed to vendors based on matching brand and part-category criteria, or to favourited vendors as selected by the workshop.
• Vendors may respond to requests with availability and pricing.
• Workshops are required to complete full payment through the in-app payment system in order to confirm and book a part order.
• Order fulfillment is confirmed only through PartWeb's pickup verification process (verification code matching between workshop and vendor at the point of physical handover).

6. Payments

• All payments are processed securely through Razorpay, our authorized payment gateway partner.
• PartWeb does not store your card, UPI, or banking credentials.
• By making a payment on PartWeb, you agree to Razorpay's applicable terms in addition to these Terms.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds are governed by our separate Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Vendor and Workshop Responsibilities

• Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of part listings, availability, pricing, and the genuineness/quality of parts supplied.
• Workshops are responsible for verifying part details before confirming an order.
• PartWeb acts as a facilitating platform and is not a manufacturer, seller, or owner of any parts listed or transacted through the platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

PartWeb facilitates connections and transactions between independent businesses (workshops and vendors). PartWeb is not responsible for:

• The quality, authenticity, or fitness of any part supplied by a vendor
• Disputes arising directly between a workshop and a vendor regarding part quality or suitability
• Delays caused by third parties, including payment processors, logistics, or vendor-side issues

PartWeb's liability, where applicable, is limited to the facilitation fee/subscription amount paid by the affected user, except where required otherwise by law.

10. Suspension and Termination

PartWeb reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or in breach of applicable law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of PartWeb after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
